First Ice Bath - Private Plunge for 1
THIS IS FOR NEW CLIENTS ONLY - £25.00 pp
We know when trying something new you may need a little extra support. This session must always be booked by NEW CLIENTS. (This can done with a friend, max 3 people, make sure to select correct booking on Booksy)
This session will be fully supervised by a cold water practitioner. We will conduct a health consultation, introduce you to the the ice bath, equip you with all the tools needed to get the most out of this experience safely and gain an understanding of how your body will react during the sessions.
AFTER THIS FIRST SESSION YOU CAN BOOK INDEPENDENT COLD PLUNGES AT £15 PER SESSION.
